Hi, I’m Christopher Sugin, founder of CSS Insurance Agency. After completing a year-long internship with Individual Benefit Solutions under the guidance of Jeff Lewis, a health insurance professional with more than 30 years of experience, I opened CSS Insurance Agency in October 2023.

Today, I help people understand Medicare enrollment, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug coverage, and Marketplace health insurance. As an independent Medicare & Health Insurance Advisor, I work with multiple insurance carriers and explain the available options in clear, everyday language.

Before entering the insurance field, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and spent more than 15 years as a teacher and coach at Muskegon High School and Orchard View High School. That experience taught me how to explain complicated information clearly and patiently—skills I bring to every client conversation.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, learning guitar, camping and fishing in Northern Michigan, and attending sporting events and concerts.
